Internet orders outside of our home state of Alabama are tax free, which means this more or less covers the cost of the freight. We will do what we can to keep the freight costs down. Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for most unopened products returned to us, shipping paid, within 20 days of purchase. Contact us via phone or email to receive your return authorization before returning any parcel. All goods returned to us must have a return authorization to receive credit. We will replace, refund, or exchange products with poor quality or workmanship (Not including normal wear and tear of the item after usage.
